掃蕩塑化劑污染食品 大家一起來

今日跨部會專案會議決議,加強對外說明,重申明日(5月31日)零時前,公告的5大類產品之廠商應提出產品安全證明,否則不得販售,違反者將予重罰。衛生單位將會同消保官展開聯合稽查抽驗,確保上架產品合乎規定,如食品業者仍有應下架而未下架之產品,將依食品衛生管理法第31條規定處以新台幣6萬以上至30萬以下罰鍰,或第34條規定處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或併科新台幣18萬以上至90萬以下罰鍰,通路商若拒絕、妨礙或規避稽查抽驗者,則依該法第35條處3萬元以上至15萬元罰鍰,情節重大者並得廢止其營業或工廠登記證照。
工業局推動食品GMP認證制度,至5/30上午10時30分,與本次事件相關之生產線88條,認證產品計142項,目前持續增加,目前已全部完成檢驗,有127項產品未檢出,8項產品進行複驗中,不合格產品7項立即撤銷其GMP認證資格。
衛生署呼籲消費者共同把關:
一、購買相關產品前,請店家提供檢驗合格證明或來源證明。
二、如發現疑問商品,提供衛生單位進一步查察。

健康生活357 孩子健康一等一

愛孩子,就從健康357開始!正常攝取3餐、天天5份蔬果、每週運動7天(每天30分鐘)從小培養孩子聰明吃、快樂動,培養健康生活型態,預防肥胖上身,培育國家健康快樂的主人翁!
由於兒童飲食西化、精緻化,含糖飲料及油炸食物攝取多,不知不覺中吃下過多熱量,加上看電視、上網等靜態生活,身體活動量不足,我國每四個兒童及有一名屬於過重或肥胖,肥胖兒童有二分之一的機率會變成肥胖成人,肥胖青少年的機率變成肥胖成人的機率更高,約三分之二。
國民健康局依2009年「國民健康訪問調查」(國小學童完訪樣本數2179人)及2008年「國中生健康行為調查」結果(國中學生完訪樣本數4856人),發現國小學童及國中生日常飲食中喝含糖飲料及吃油炸食品的情形嚴重,7成4的國小學童在調查日前1天喝了含糖飲料,約9成3的國中生在過去30天內,一週內至少有1天喝含糖飲料;約有5成6的國小學童每天的食物中有一半以上為油煎或油炸,國中生在過去30天內,一週內有1天以上吃油炸食品的情形約為8成5;國小學童平日看電視及打電腦的時間平均約2小時,假日面對螢幕超過4小時。
若兒童能減少含糖飲料及油炸食物的攝取,增加身體活動量,可有效防治肥胖,保障孩子的健康,國民健康局建議您讓孩子養成健康357的良好生活習慣,並提供您十項健康生活小秘訣,讓您與孩子共同擁有親密關係與健康身心:
1. 家長與孩子「一」起走路上學,聯絡感情共享早晨時光。
2. 看電視、打電腦、玩電動每天不超過「2」小時。
3. 每天吃「三」餐,天然食物營養均衡滿分。
4. 「四」不一沒有:不喝含糖飲料、不吃油炸食物、不吃太鹹的食物、不吃宵夜,遠離肥胖沒煩惱。
5. 天天「五」蔬果,水果蔬菜我最愛。
6. 「六」類食物均衡吃,健康長大不煩惱。
7. 每週「七」天要運動,放假全家去郊遊,戶外活動好體力。
8. 每天睡滿「8」小時,頭腦清醒身體好。
9. 飯後散步不「久」坐,天天談心讓親子更貼心。
10. 健康生活「時時」多喝水,少喝含糖飲料,體內環保最健康。

國民健康局推動「健康100 臺灣動起來」健康體重管理活動,邀請孩子與家長一起參加,共同學習如何「聰明吃、快樂動、天天量體重」,選擇健康天然的食物,養成動態生活習慣,為國家未來主人翁預約一個健康的未來。
