衛生署對起雲劑DEHP事件於全國各縣市開設健康諮詢門診

衛生署為避免起雲劑DEHP所造成之民眾恐慌,已於100年5月27日邀請專家學者及相關醫學會代表共同召開研商會議,除該署食品藥物管理局將持續提供諮詢專線服務(專線:02-2787-8200~8、 0800-285-000、服務時間:07:00-23:00)外,並由25家署立醫院自5月28日(週六)起開設健康諮詢門診,另國立陽明大學附設醫院、台北市立聯合醫院各院區、台大雲林分院、高雄市立聯合醫院各院區及連江縣立醫院,則自5月30日(週一)起開設,提供民眾有健康疑慮者相關診療服務,醫院名單如附件。
衛生署並再次呼籲,絕大部分的起雲劑DEHP及其代謝物,在24~48小時內會隨尿液或糞便排出體外,對於身體影響可以說非常小,一般民眾如無症狀,除非長期每日大量食用攝入,否則不需擔心或特別去檢查。

簡單 自然 更健康!白開水及天然食物最好

食品添加物及保健食品並非兒童成長與發展所需,國民健康局提醒,從小培養健康飲食習慣,每天三餐均衡攝取六大類食物,即能滿足孩子的成長發育所需必要營養。
有關食品添加物常造成健康上的問題,以含糖飲料為例,易造成肥胖、齲齒等問題,並導致白開水喝太少,飲料的瓶瓶罐罐及食品在加工處理及運輸的過程中,會產生的許多溫室氣體,造成環保問題。此外,母乳也較配方奶好,哺乳的嬰兒較不易罹患呼吸道感染、腸胃道感染、中耳炎,日後肥胖、癌症的機會也較低,而哺乳的母親出現產後出血、貧血、肥胖以及乳癌或卵巢癌的機會較低,哺育母乳也比較不會造成環境的負擔。
國民健康局建議家長,養育小孩從哺餵母乳開始,並鼓勵孩子多喝白開水,以免因為市售運動飲料、含糖飲料、現做飲料有過多的糖分以及添加物,造成身體額外的負擔,甚至危害健康問題。讓孩子隨身攜帶水杯、水壺,以便時常補充水分,每天喝充足的白開水,不僅能幫助身體正常代謝功能,亦可避免不必要的健康危害,讓孩子健康成長。另建議民眾多吃天然食品,少吃過度加工的食品,可減少攝取過多糖分及熱量,且有助於體內環保及地球環保。
國民健康局特別提供您「聰明吃」小秘訣,多喝白開水、不喝含糖飲料,多吃天然未加工食品,天天五蔬果,正常三餐,均衡飲食,養成健康飲食習慣。

重申使用昱伸香料公司製造含塑化劑起雲劑所生產之食品應立即下架回收

關於食品使用起雲劑含有塑化劑成分一案,目前清查結果顯示,國內起雲劑的供應廠商,僅昱伸香料有限公司生產的起雲劑違法摻有塑化劑。行政院衛生署食品藥物管理局已要求使用昱伸香料公司製造之含塑化劑之起雲劑所生產之食品,均必須立即全面下架回收,民眾如果對所購買之食品有懷疑,先不要食用,可參考行政院衛生署食品藥物管理局網站(http://www.fda.gov.tw)「起雲劑專區」所公布下架回收之產品,問題產品可至販賣處申請退貨及退費,如果仍有疑問,可透過本局諮詢專線(02-2787-8200~8)詢問產品資訊,亦可提出檢舉,衛生單位將進行調查。
截至目前為止,衛生機關清查可能使用昱伸製造含有塑化劑成分起雲劑之原料產品及最終產品涉案廠商有186家,已調查119家(附表1),可能受污染產品371項(附表2),下架回收總計數量如附表3,5月26日至27日各地方衛生局最新下架回收數量如附表4,相關資訊可參閱食品藥物管理局(http://www.fda.gov.tw/)或食品藥物消費者知識服務網(http://consumer.fda.gov.tw/)網頁。
為保障消費者安全,行政院衛生署食品藥物管理局及地方衛生局積極追查遭污染產品的流向並確認下架,定時發布訊息供各界知悉。同時要求食品製造業者及流通業者自主管理,發現有問題產品時主動下架回收並通知行政院衛生署食品藥物管理局(02-2787-8217)及地方衛生局,設置專區接受退貨。此外,即日起凡屬運動飲料、果汁、茶飲、果醬/漿類、膠/錠/粉狀等五大類食品,如使用起雲劑者,必須於三天內提出安全證明,否則將禁止販售,違反者依法從重處罰。

スパイスでカレーを作りました。
あわせたのはカレイのムニエル。
カレイ・スパイスカレーです。
スパイスとトマト、牛乳で作ったカレーはスパイシーで食感が軽く、食後のもたれがありません。夏向きのヘルシーカレーです。
カレイの切り身(骨なし)     約400g
グリーンアスパラガス     4本
ベーコン     60g
玉ねぎ     中1個(200g)
トマト水煮缶     1カップ
じゃがいも     中1/3個(50g)
ハウス特選本香り 生にんにく     小さじ1
ハウス特選本香り 生しょうが     小さじ1/2
牛乳     200ml(1カップ)
水     200 ml(1カップ)
固形コンソメ     2個
オリーブ油     大さじ3
バター     15g
塩     小さじ1/4
GABANブラックペパー<パウダー>  小さじ1/4
小麦粉     大さじ1
バゲット     適量

カレーパウダー
GABANクミン<パウダー>     小さじ1
GABANターメリック<パウダー>     小さじ3/4
GABANレッドペパー<パウダー>     小さじ1/2

This is a traditional French cake named for Saint Honore, the patron saint of pastry bakers. It takes a lot of work and is very time consuming, but it is definitely well worth the effort! It isn't a recipe that you would want to make everyday, but what a way to WOW people on a special occasion :)



How To Make Mashed Potatoes

As you can imagine with such a quintessential dish, there are a hundred million jillion ways to make mashed potatoes. It's like everybody's got an opinion! Sheesh. This is how I make them. I like to use starchy potatoes like Russets, but I know there are those who prefer waxy varieties like red potatoes. It depends on what texture you like for yer mashers. Russets are easier to mash completely smooth, if you're into that. If you like some chunky business, you would probably like to try red potatoes. Peeling is optional. While I leave the skins on potatoes for things like homefries and hashbrowns, I peel them for mashing. And I know there's more nutrients and stuff in the skins and they're better for you and all that, but I like mashed potatoes to be unencumbered by weird bits of peel all in 'em. If you're using red potatoes, though, not only is peeling a pain in the ass because they're typically smaller than Russets, it's also not so necessary because their soft skins are less intrusive than the coarse Russet skins. So I don't bother peeling if I'm using red potatoes.

Ingredients

2 pounds of potatoes
3 cloves of garlic, peeled and left whole
3-6 tablespoons of butter (I go for the lower end of that, but it depends on how creamy you like them)
1/3 -1/2 cup of half-and-half, milk, or buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
Black or white pepper (I like LOTS, like a teaspoon or more)

Directions

Peel the potatoes (or don't). Cut them so that they are all approximately the same size. Drop into a pot of cold water along with the garlic cloves, cover, and turn the heat to high

Bring to a boil and then crack the lid so it doesn't boil over and make a mess in your friend's kitchen. Boil 10-30 minutes until a fork or skewer stuck in the middle gives almost no resistance. The time depends on the type and size of your potatoes.

While they cook, heat the butter and half-and-half together until the butter melts.

Drain the potatoes carefully and return them to the pot.

Add the butter/half-and-half and the salt and pepper. Mash them with a potato masher until they're as smooth as you want. Alternatively you can use an electric mixer for super-smooth and fluffy potatoes.

Serve ASAP! With more butter or some gravy

This'll do for 4-6 people

I ordered a pizza for my kids this weekend and was thinking I wanted to duplicate the flavor, but I knew I didn't necessarily need a crust to go with it. This recipe is a simple way to duplicate the flavors of a great pizza without necessarily emulating the form of the original recipe.
