「起雲劑含有塑化劑成分DEHP」追蹤進度(5月26日)
行政院衛生署食品藥物管理局及地方衛生局為保障國人健康及食用安全,持續追蹤使用含有塑化劑DEHP成分之違法起雲劑廠商名單及其產品流向,目前清查結果顯示,國內起雲劑的供應廠商,僅昱伸香料有限公司生產的起雲劑違法摻有DEHP。
全國只要使用昱伸香料公司所提供之起雲劑所生產之食品均要求立即下架回收。截至目前為止,可能使用昱伸香料有限公司含有塑化劑DEHP成分起雲劑之下架回收數量,依產品類別:果汁、果醬、濃糖果漿、水果粉及優格粉等新增7,659公斤,累計28,539公斤;運動飲料、果汁飲料及茶飲料等新增1,273瓶,累計465,638瓶;益生菌粉包新增136,935盒及38,924包,累計270,822盒及68,924包。其詳細下游廠商名單、產品名稱及下架回收數量詳如附表一。
行政院衛生署食品藥物管理局接獲各地方衛生局最新下架回收數量情形如下:新北市果汁濃縮糖漿7,166公斤、果汁粉2.5公斤及飲料230盒、原料1桶;花蓮縣飲料1266瓶;桃園縣水果醋112公斤、活菌粉162公斤及267盒;彰化縣飲料7瓶;台中市益生菌133,354盒;雲林縣山藥薏仁穀粉1527箱;台南市起雲劑4.8公斤;台南縣食品粉包38,924包及180公斤、飲料1786盒、半成品90公斤;南投縣水果濃縮汁134罐。其詳細廠商名稱、產品名稱及下架回收數量詳如附表二,相關資訊可參閱食品藥物管理局(http://www.fda.gov.tw/)或食品藥物消費者知識服務網(http://consumer.fda.gov.tw/)網頁。
關於食品廠使用遭DEHP污染原料,經地方衛生局及業者自行送驗,相關產品目前已停止生產並進行市售品回收:
一、金車公司「Nature House乳酸活菌粉蘋果醋口味」原料218公
斤及產品1053盒封存。
二、長庚生物科技股份有限公司「纖美健康飲」232盒封存。
三、台灣糖業股份有限公司「台糖薑黃蠔蜆錠」137,684瓶、5163盒、536,281包進行回收中。
行政院衛生署食品藥物管理局對於食品廠主動清查、迅速將遭DEHP污染的食品產品下架回收並接受民眾退貨,表示肯定。該局再次強調,惡意添加DEHP於食品中,產品將被沒入銷毀,並依故意或過失,以違反食品衛生管理法第11條第1項第3款「食品…不得有毒或含有害人體健康之物質或異物」之規定,依同法第31條處以新台幣6萬以上至30萬以下罰鍰,此外,若產品有致危害人體健康情形,將依該法第34條規定處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科新台幣18萬以上至90萬以下罰鍰。

Betty's Faux Chocolate Eclair Cake
In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make a Faux Chocolate Éclair Cake. This cake is quickly and easily put together using graham crackers and fluffy vanilla pudding. It is frosted with Betty's All-Purpose Chocolate Frosting and then is chilled for 24 hours. When served, the cake slices taste very much like Chocolate Eclairs!
Ingredients:
1 pound box graham crackers
1 large package instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
8-oz. container Cool Whip (whipped topping)
1 recipe of Betty's All-Purpose Chocolate Frosting (from bettyskitchen) or 1 can chocolate frosting
cooking oil spray
Spray the bottom and sides of a 13-inch by 9-inch by 2-inch baking dish or pan with cooking oil spray. Cover the bottom with 1 inner pack of graham crackers. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine a large package of vanilla pudding with 3 cups milk. Beat with an electric mixer or stick blender for about 2 minutes, until pudding thickens. Let the pudding sit in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes to set. Gently fold in an 8-oz. carton of Cool Whip. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the layer of graham crackers in the baking dish. Place the second inner pack of graham crackers over the pudding layer. Pour the remaining pudding over the second layer of graham crackers. Cover the pudding layer with the third inner pack of graham crackers. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. When almost 2 hours have elapsed, make Betty's All-Purpose Chocolate Frosting. Spread over the top of the top layer of graham crackers. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Use a spatula to divide and lift pieces of cake onto nice serving plates. This dessert will taste like Chocolate Eclairs. I hope you like it! --Betty ♥

Betty's All-Purpose Chocolate Frosting
In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make All-Purpose Chocolate Frosting. This frosting is easy to make and can be used on cake, cupcakes, cookies, doughnuts—any sweet treat!
Ingredients:
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 teaspoons light Karo syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespooons butter, softened to room temperature
1 ½ cups confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar or icing sugar)
3 tablespoons milk
In a double boiler or small saucepan, melt 2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate over low to medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool. When melted chocolate has cooled, place it in a large mixing bowl, along with 2 teaspoons light Karo syrup, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 3 tablespoons softened butter, 1 ½ cups confectioner's sugar, and 3 tablespoons milk. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Immediately spread over cake. m-m-m ... delicious! I will have a special cake for this frosting tomorrow! --Betty

Who says Mexican food is bad for you? Try this spicy black bean & chicken burrito! Low in fat too!
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, thawed
2 Tsp. black pepper
1 Tsp. sea salt
1 Tsp. cumin
1 Tsp. chili powder
1 cup black beans
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 cup spinach or romaine, chopped
1 Tbsp. olive oil
¼ cup onion, diced
1 garlic clove, diced
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
2 Tbsp. spicy BBQ sauce
4 9" whole wheat tortillas
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Season chicken with 1 Tsp. of the following: black pepper, sea salt, cumin, and chili powder. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes and make sure it is cooked through.
2. Remove chicken from oven and let cool slightly. Dice into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
3. Heat a large pan to low-medium heat. Add olive oil, chicken, hot sauce, onion, garlic, black beans, and BBQ sauce. Add more BBQ sauce based on preference. Mix to evenly coat chicken. Saute' for 3-5 minutes and stir periodically.
4. Turn oven on to 350 degrees, but place tortillas in immediately before oven is completely pre-heated. Let them warm up for about three minutes or until they start to curl.
5. With each tortilla on a plate, place chicken and black bean mixture down the center, as well as spinach and tomatoes. Fold sides in and roll tortilla to form a yummy burrito!
Servings: 4 Prep Time: 4 minutes Cook Time: 38 minutes

Betty's Southern-Style Tex-Mex Omelet
In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make her original Southern-Style Tex-Mex Omelet. This omelet is a blend of beaten eggs, onion, jalapeno pepper, cream style corn, pork sausage, and a touch of cornmeal and seasonings. It is delightful!
Ingredients (for two omelets):
½ tablespoon butter, plus a splash of extra virgin olive oil (used twice)
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
½ jalapeno pepper, finely chopped, with seeds and inside fiber removed
5 eggs
¼ teaspoon baking powder
4.25-oz. cream style corn (1/2 of an 8.5-oz. can)
¼ cup self-rising cornmeal mix
¼ pound pork sausage, browned and drained (Pat the drained sausage with a paper towel to remove excess grease.)
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
½ to 1 cup shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese blend
Place ½ tablespoon butter, plus a splash of olive oil in a 10-inch skillet. Heat over medium heat and then add 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion and ½ of a jalapeno pepper, finely chopped. Saute until onion and pepper are soft. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, add 5 eggs and ½ teaspoon baking powder. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add ¼ pound of browned and drained pork sausage, ½ of an 8.5-oz. can of cream style corn, ¼ cup cornmeal mix, salt and pepper, to taste, and finally, the sautéed onion and pepper (which have cooled a bit). Stir all ingredients until well-combined. This mixture should make 2 omelets in a 10-inch skillet. Replenish the oil in the skillet where the vegetables were sautéed by adding ½ tablespoon butter and a splash of olive oil. Heat over medium-high heat until until the residue of the removed onios and pepper sizzles. Ladle ½ of the omelet mixture into the skillet. Let the omelet cook over medium-high heat, checking occasionally to see if the bottom is brown and the top is solid enough to turn. Slide a spatula under the omelet under the omelet and flip it over, so that the other side can cook. It will only take a small amount of time for the omelet to be fully cooked. Sprinkle ¼ to ½ cup of shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese blend over ½ of the omelet. Fold the other half of the omelet over the top of the half that is coated with cheese. Slide the omelet out of the skillet onto a serving plate and serve immediately. This is great accompanied by extra cheese and some pickled jalapeno peppers. Enjoy!!! --Betty

黃金一直是大眾心中的「穩定貨幣」。從歷史上,不難發現,在人心惶惶的時代,金價就會不停的漲。
如果以此反推,目前,市場中還是恐懼多於希望。所以,政府所拋出的數字,真的誠實的反映了現實嗎?
還是像上個月的勞工節補假,因為碰到選舉年,所以只能報多數的選票在意的喜,而選擇不報不能讓多數人高興的憂。
我常去海水魚店與一個60歲的老老闆聊天,也常會有快退休的警察,與在拼生活的室內設計師夫婦加入。
對他們來說,景氣一直都沒有恢復。 日子過的一樣慘,一樣平凡,一樣沒希望。
唯一的好處是,等著等著,他們年紀也大了,所以可以接受過一樣的日子到老。
我也常與客戶聊天,許多的老闆與操盤手也都同意,市場還沒有起來…。
難道,迷信假的好,比認同真的壞有建設性嗎?
蘋果(代表 姚仁祿):
我的看法不同;
我認為,比起前兩年,台灣市場景氣上來很多(我說的不是政府數字,是逛街的觀察)。
我擔心的問題,不是景氣;
台灣的問題,在產業結構的重組,而不是景氣。
如果,只顧景氣,不顧產業結構更新,台灣就是停止在三十年前的產業規劃,沒有進步。
然而,產業轉型,與其說是政府的責任,不如說是企業家的機會,因為,台灣的政府結構設計,讓多數「能者」無法進入其中。
蛇:
可能看到的細節不同。
但就如您所說的,雖然多次試著要改變政府的「老」,也曾肯求”能者”為國營企業服務,但最後,都成了烈士。
因為,多數官方的評審與制定規矩的「能者」,都是學院派,比企業家更不了解感性力。在學術的面前,叛逆者都自動歸類為旁門小道。
我所接觸過的政府,是台灣最老舊的產業。 掌控了決多數資源,但卻用極少數的絕對利益在選擇放誰入門。
到最後,所有為國營企業想出來的好創意,也都回收給認同我能力的企業家了。
有時,不太了解,不斷的辦國際展(2010 花博 / 2011 設計展)是為了要爭取自己的地位,還是要讓國際看到,我們四肢發達,但五臟不全。
蘋果:
很慚愧,花博我沒進去參觀過,所以無法置評。
至於選舉,我還是認為,人們最好不要要求政府承擔太多;因為政府責任太多,組織就會變大,政府做為就要變多;這樣,稅收就會變多,監督稅收使用的人也要變多,無形中,變成大政府。
邏輯上,我還是喜歡小政府的設計。
因為,一個答應你「出錢少,享受多」的旅行團,出團以後,你就需要吃苦。

其實我也只是去過花博的小吃街. (因為有客戶的店)
其它的多數都是因為政府要求"動員"小孩去看花博, 與公佈與我認知不服的數據, 而有的負面情緒. 就如同你說的, 沒親身體驗過,實在沒資格置評.
我已經放棄"期望"政府做事. 我學會的是:
生意上, 自私點就安全點...
生活上, 自閉點就簡單點...
規劃上, 自我點就快樂點...
上述的自私自利原則,只要"很小"的政府就可以做到
蘋果:
同意,小政府絕對是大方向!我們千萬不能因為選舉,要政府答應,一堆我們也知道,政府根本做不到的事。
蛇:
我還在等,我認為可以做,但不行被老機構拷上手銬腳鐐後,又被要求只能用湯匙屠龍。
我認為今年練完兵後,明年就可以賭一次。

沒錯,
應該理性的面對現實,而不是任性的要求虛實。

感性,是一個與身俱來的本質。但隨著社會化,這個主宰情感連結的本質,漸被淡化。
很多台灣的大公司在談品牌,做品牌,打品牌,都只是在買「數字」,而不是創造感動。這個行為,也只是單純的財務槓桿操作。
感慨,是多年執行經驗下的反省,原來對於感性的尊重是強求不來的。當一個企業,尤其是主事者,自我感覺太好時,新世界永遠都有一窗之隔。
對你,用智慧引導客戶到窗邊開窗是創意;對我,用佈局迫使客戶到屋外是設計,
所以到頭來,我們都是在「感性」的設計人?

企業經營品牌也好,個人為人處世也好,理性+感性,都是必要的雙翼。
台灣企業,品牌經營不來,不只是「感性力」不足,「理性力」也不夠。
什麼原因?讓台灣「感性+理性」都不足?
因為,「迷信力」太重,否則,才一位「王先生」就讓全台熱鬧滾滾?
許多人,口說不相信,心裡卻擔心得很;
為何如此?我們的教育,只重答案,不重思考,只教資訊,不教知識;因此,普遍的,大家都沒有理性思考的習慣。
至於「感性力」,這需要「勇氣」,沒有「勇氣」,面對自己,就不會有勇氣,面對「感性」。
因此,你我,都需要讓客戶:
1)離開「迷信力」(例如:迷信市調)
2)訓練「理性力」
3)培養「感性力」

迷信是一股很大的力量. 尤其是在「保守的」台灣。
似乎多數的我們已經習慣做無頭蒼蠅,過一天是一天,撐的夠久,就活完一生。
3年前,我為日本的一個領導品牌做設計. 因為不相信我的直覺是對的,客戶花了170萬,用市調來證明「我是對的」。
去年,做台灣菸酒的顧問,發現在「沒有假數據」的前提下,公家機關就如同虛設,完全不知所措
這一些現象讓我體會到,迷信與「社會的年齡結構有關」,大多數的年長者,都有一顆老化的腦,裡面堆滿了舊價值與思想,
但卻有實權,讓「不迷信」的人無法施展。
不過,大多數不迷信的年輕人,卻是用進化的腦配著一個幼稚的心,所以雖不迷信,但也無法理性辦事。當然,企業就不放心讓「新」的一輩掌舵。
這兩種力量的牽扯,讓感性,更難發生。
我的工作在於用理性的方式規劃與發揮感性的價值和感染,在成功後,直接的把現在市場上的迷信(市調,大眾傳媒,代銷…..)逐一的框起來。
所以我在創意行業中的朋友一直很少,但生意人的同志卻越累積越多。
蘋果:
改革企業思考模式,本來就難。
當年 Steve Jobs搞了半天,敵不過老腦袋,自己反被趕出自己創辦的公司。
不過,他夠強悍,捍衛理性,渲染感性,終於在老腦筋把蘋果弄得快掛的時候,回去,不只成功的救回公司,還在「感性力」支撐下,成為市值最高的公司。

當全世界都在模仿Apple時,總希望他們真的可以看到Apple成功的原因。
怕的是,老腦筋真的把公司弄死後,才尋求「創新思維」的幫助。
那時,只能讓企業先死透,才能重來。
蘋果:
我要是你的年紀,我就會找個機會,用力把一個無路可走的機構,救起來。
也許,你可以試試這麼做!
這樣,就可以「破除迷信力」,「確立理性力」,「渲染感性力」了。
我想,如果你真的做,你應該可以成功。
