東源於2004年創立 GABEE. 義式專業咖啡館，也在同年贏得第一屆台灣咖啡大師比賽冠軍，並出版《GABEE. Latte Art 咖啡與牛奶的完美邂逅》。

2006年出版《GABEE. 冠軍創意咖啡》；2007年，成為第一位參與世界咖啡大師比賽之台灣選手；2008年 前往德國PROBAT受訓，取得專業咖啡烘培證書；2009年與展圓國際共同建立Ca fé Kitchen，並擔任中華職訓局、學學文創等等的講師；2010年受邀前往新加坡擔 任亞洲盃咖啡大師比賽評審。
至今，東源仍不斷致力推廣專業義式咖啡文化。
VAN LIN

Van Lin established GABEE., a specialized Italian cafe, in 2004. In the same year, Lin won the Taiwan Latte Art Championship and published the book 『GABEE. Latte Art.』
In 2007, Lin became the first Taiwanese to compete in the World Latte Art Championship. In 2008, he trained at Probat and received a certificate for coffee-making. In 2009, Lin cooperated with Zoe International to establish Cafe Kitchen. In 2010, he was invited to judge the Asia Latte Art Championship.
Lin contrinues to spread Italian coffee culture.
