THAI CHICKEN STIR FRY easy

a recipe i got from a cook book.
1 pound of frozen veggies.
1 pound of boneless chicken cut up.
1/3 cup peanut butter , 3 tbls soy sauce, crushed red pepper flakes to taste. put in microwave for 30 to 60 seconds.
mix sauce with chicken and veggies and stir fry for a few minutes.
serve over rice.
