Black Bean, Pumpkin, and Spinach with Rice
Ingredients:
- Green Onion, Sliced Garlic, Chopped Carrot, Salted and Peppered, cooked in Oil until softened.
- Chopped Spinach (mix until wilted)
- Black Beans and Pumpkin (mix well)
- Cilantro, Parsley and Honey (mix well and simmer)
- Serve over Rice
