HOW TO MAKE PAD THAI

Ingredients:

300g pad thai noodles
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 egg
150g firm tofu, drained and cut into 2cm cubes
2 spring onions
35g (1 /4 cup) chopped peanuts
1 1 /2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons fish sauce
3 /4 cup bean sprouts, to serve
lime wedges, to serve, optional
