BBQ Chicken a la Fronto (Pullum Frontonianum)

A chicken recipe from ancient rome. Very tasty if made on the grill, but you can cook it in the oven as well at 425F for 1 1/2 hours or 2. Have some fun cooking yourself up a meal from the ancient Roman Empire.
